Video Reviews
If you submit a Video Review (Video Content) to the Formula One Autocentres Website, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not submit a Video Review.
By submitting Video Content, you are agreeing that Formula One Autocentres Ltd may use that Video Review and/or product reviews in whole or in part together with the name and town of the person submitting it on the Company Website.
If submitting Video Content it must be supplied in a suitable movie file format and be no longer in duration than 30 seconds.
We reserve the right to assess and reject any Video Content deemed unsuitable. Video Content will be deemed unsuitable if it is considered abusive, hateful, inflammatory or racially or ethnically offensive.
We reserve the right to use the Video Content in part, and therefore we reserve the right to edit the Video Content accordingly to ensure it becomes fit for the purpose of Company self-promotion.
Video Reviews can only be submitted by customers who have previously completed a purchase via Formula One Autocentres and only by invitation from the Company.
Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
Rights you license
When you upload a Video Review to the Formula One Autocentres website, you grant:
- Formula One Autocentres, a free of charge, royalty-free license to use that Video Content in connection with the purposes of Company self-promotion.
- To each user of the Formula One Autocentres website, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and view your Video Content through the Website.
In return, Formula One Autocentres promises to not distribute your Video Content outside of the purposes of Company self-promotion or to knowingly distribute it to any third parties.
The above licenses granted by you terminate when you request removal or deletion of your Video Review from the Website, only in writing to: Simon Jennings, Formula One Autocentres Ltd, Aston House, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX.
